At Ergodebooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
