This is a followon to Andys first book Understanding the FFT. It presents the fundamental mathematical notions underlying the DFT and FFT at essentially the same level as the first book. It goes on to illustrate applications of the FFT it instrumentation, audio and image enhancment (2dimensional FFT), developing necessary peripheral techniques along the way.
